  code-split bundle

- Use vue-router 2.2.0 to handle async components and async route hooks

- Use vue-loader 10.2.0 + vue-style-loader 2.0 for inline critical CSS +
  better style split

- Use vue-srr-html-stream to simplify streaming usage.
